1. Services Provided

AppsLab provides workflow automation consulting, process auditing, and digital integration services using third-party platforms such as n8n and Make. The specific scope of work and deliverables are dictated by the package tier you purchase.

2. Client Responsibilities

To ensure successful project delivery, you agree to provide timely access to necessary software platforms, API keys, login credentials, and business process details. Delays in providing this information may result in corresponding delays to the project timeline.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the custom workflows, blueprints, and documentation created specifically for your business. AppsLab retains the right to reuse general logic and code snippets for other projects, provided no confidential client data is shared.

4. Limitation of Liability

AppsLab builds integrations that rely heavily on third-party applications (APIs, webhooks, SaaS platforms). We are not liable for workflow failures caused by third-party service outages, unannounced API changes by software providers, or changes you make to the workflows after final delivery. In no event shall AppsLab be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our automations.
