Payment & Refund Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

Because AppsLab offers highly customized digital consulting and software automation services, our payment and refund rules are strictly defined to protect both our time and your investment.

1. Payment Terms

All core automation packages (Tiers 1 through 4) are billed as a one-time upfront payment. Work, including technical auditing and workflow building, will not commence until payment is confirmed. All online payments are handled securely through Stripe.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Pre-Commencement: If you request a refund before any consultation or technical work has begun, you are eligible for a 100% refund.
  • Mid-Project: Once the workflow audit has been completed or technical building has commenced in n8n or Make, partial refunds are solely at the discretion of AppsLab based on the amount of work already completed.
  • Post-Delivery: Because digital blueprints and workflow JSON files cannot be "returned," no refunds will be issued once the final project deliverables have been handed over to you.

3. Technical Guarantee

If a technical issue arises that was caused directly by our implementation (reported within the 7-day review period after delivery), we will prioritize fixing the issue free of charge rather than issuing a refund.
